Jerry’s Docks – 318 S Water Street & Silo Marina
Jerry’s Silo Marina proudly offers seasonal dock rentals and land storage at our two convenient waterfront locations in Milwaukee: 318 S Water Street (Milwaukee River Marina) and Silo Marina. Our facilities provide secure, professionally managed docking and storage options for the 2026 boating season.
2026 Summer Season
May 1 – October 30, 2026
All dock rentals and land storage must be paid in full before any boat, trailer, or vehicle can be accepted.
River Dock Rates – 2026 Season
(Sales tax included. Electricity at slip: $200 additional.)
Rates valid until May 1, 2026, with payment due in full.
Early Bird Dock Special
Pay in full before May 1, 2026, and receive 10% OFF the seasonal rate above.
Land Storage Rates – 2026 Season
- Seasonal (6 months): $4.00 per square foot
- Monthly: $1.00 per square foot
- Summer Trailer Storage:
- $100 with slip rental
- $225 without slip rental
All winter and long-term storage items must be properly covered.
Insurance & Charter Boat Requirements
- All charter boats must provide proof of insurance and appropriate licenses.
- Every boat owner must carry their own boat insurance, especially when transporting passengers.
- Charter boats must arrange passenger loading and unloading at a public dock (not within the marina). Milwaukee offers several public dock options.
- The marina is not responsible for loss or damage to property stored on land or in water.
Storage Form Information Required
All storage customers must submit a completed 2026 Storage Form with full payment. The form requires:
- Name
- Address
- City, State, Zip
- Phone
- Date
- Boat Name
- Boat Size & Make
- Boat Type
- Power Type
- Boat Registration Number
- Insurance Company
